The North Carolina Principals & Assistant Principals Association believes in the imperative of quality public education for all children in North Carolina. It also believes that strong positive administrative leadership is the determining factor in the quality of that education. NCPAPA is dedicated to the implementation of these beliefs.

Objectives

• To promote achievement of the educational objectives of the State of North Carolina with emphasis on the welfare and needs of all children.
  
  
• To promote the unity, professional growth protection and general welfare of the principals and assistant principals in North Carolina.
  
  
• To provide a mechanism by which principals, assistant principals, teachers, and other educators can improve education and educational leadership for the State of North Carolina.
